THE "CHILDCARE NETWORK" NAME, THE CHILDCARE NETWORK SERVICE, THE WEBSITE WWW.CHILD-CARE-NETWORK.COM, FASTMATCH, MY HOT LIST and all related copy, graphics, logos and service names are trademarks of InteliMark Enterprises, LLC. ("InteliMark") with all rights reserved. Content, which has been contributed to the public area of any InteliMark Enterprise web site by users, remains the property of the submitter or the original creator, and InteliMark and it's subsidiary brands and operating companies are licensed distributors of such content as evidenced by each user's agreement and acceptance of such Terms at time of registration. All other trademarks that appear on affiliated sites are the property of their respective owners. You are not entitled to use any trademark in connection with any product or service without the express permission of the owner of that trademark.

Your Copyrights
Childcare Network and InteliMark respect the intellectual property rights of others. Please remember that InteliMark and its subsidiaries are merely the distributor of user supplied content, and the submitter, not InteliMark or its subsidiaries, is the one who has violated copyright if such a violation has occurred. In such case, we will respond to substantiated claims of violation. Upon receiving your complaint, Childcare Network may remove content that you believe infringes your copyright. In addition, InteliMark may terminate the account of the Affiliate, Registered Guest or Member who appears to be infringing your intellectual property rights. 4. Provide a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. Declare under penalty of perjury that
   (a) the information you have provided to us is accurate, and
   (b) you are the owner of the copyright interest involved or you are authorized to act on behalf of that owner; and,
6. Provide your physical or electronic signature.
